She coaches people through hard seasons, one conversation at a time. When she speaks to a room, it is usually about getting back on your feet after everything changes.
Natacha founded Pain With No Scars, a nonprofit that gives survivors of abuse a safe place to be heard and supported. She brings that same steadiness to the families and individuals she works with through Natacha Alcindor LLC.
Whatever the room or the reason, her work comes back to the same place: people deserve real support when it counts.
