These terms apply when you use this website or book services from Natacha Alcindor LLC, which operates natachaalcindor.com, Natacha Farewell Planning, and Natacha’s coaching and speaking services. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.

What the services are

Natacha Farewell Planning is an independent event planning and family support service. It is not a funeral home or funeral establishment, and Natacha is not a licensed funeral director. She does not sell, arrange, or direct funeral services, embalming, cremation, or final disposition, and she does not sell preneed contracts. Families make all such arrangements directly with licensed providers, and Natacha works alongside them.

Coaching sessions are personal coaching. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

Consultations, quotes, and payment

The first consultation is free. Before any paid work begins, Natacha confirms your scope and price in writing. Package prices on this site are starting points; your written quote is the price that applies. Planning fees cover Natacha’s time and coordination and are payable to Natacha Alcindor LLC.

Vendor and venue costs are separate from the planning fee. You contract with and pay venues, caterers, florists, funeral homes, and other providers directly, and those providers are responsible for their own services.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information about Natacha’s services and may change at any time. The text, logos, and images belong to Natacha Alcindor LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Information you submit through the forms is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limits of responsibility

Natacha brings care and diligence to every engagement, and Natacha Alcindor LLC is responsible for the planning and coordination services it agrees to in writing. It is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent vendors and licensed providers you hire, or for events outside its reasonable control. To the extent Florida law allows, the total liability of Natacha Alcindor LLC for any claim is limited to the planning fee you paid for the engagement the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
