Where Natacha works
Natacha serves families across South Florida, from Miami-Dade through Broward and Palm Beach, with no travel fee. For services elsewhere in the country, travel is billed at actual cost plus a $1,000 coordination fee, quoted before anything is booked.
Your planning fee is not your event budget
Your planning fee covers Natacha's time and coordination. It is separate from what you pay your venue, caterer, florist, and funeral home. You pay those vendors directly, and Natacha helps you keep every cost clear.

Are you a funeral home?+
No. Natacha Farewell Planning is an independent planning and family support service. Natacha works alongside your licensed funeral home, which handles the care of your loved one and the arrangements the law reserves for licensed funeral directors. Her role is to plan the service, coordinate your vendors, and support your family.
When should I reach out?+
As early as you can. Even a first phone call helps, whether the loss is recent or you are planning ahead for a celebration of life.
How much does it cost?+
Packages start at $650 and are quoted to fit your family. You can see the tiers and add-ons above, and Natacha confirms your price before any work begins.
What do you handle, and what does the funeral home handle?+
Natacha handles the planning, the timeline, vendor coordination, and day-of support. Your funeral home handles the care of your loved one, the paperwork, and the final arrangements. The two roles work side by side.
Do you travel outside South Florida?+
Yes. South Florida is served with no travel fee. For services elsewhere in the country, travel is quoted up front at actual cost plus a coordination fee.
How do payments work?+
Natacha's fee covers her planning and coordination. Vendor and venue costs are paid by your family directly to each provider.
