This policy explains what Natacha Alcindor collects through this website and how that information is used. Natacha Alcindor LLC runs the site, including Natacha Farewell Planning and Natacha’s coaching, speaking, and podcast pages.

We collect the information you choose to type into the contact and inquiry forms on this site. That usually means your name, your email address, a phone number if you add one, and the message you write. We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about which pages are visited, so we can understand what is helpful and keep the site working.

How we use it

We use what you share to respond to you and to provide the services you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Your message reaches Natacha so she can write back personally.

How the forms and analytics work

When you submit a form, your message is delivered to Natacha by email through Resend, an email delivery service. To keep out spam, the forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting the form. Page analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics, which measures visits without using cookies to track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to support you as a client or family. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
