What a celebration of life costs in South Florida
Almost every family asks about price first, and almost nobody gets a straight number. Here is what Natacha charges, and what she does not charge for.
The planning fee and the event budget are two different things
The planning fee pays for Natacha's time and coordination. Your event budget pays your venue, your caterer, your florist, and your funeral home. You pay those vendors directly, at their prices, and Natacha helps you keep track of what each one costs.
Families are often quoted one blended number by someone else and never learn how it splits. Separating the two is how you tell whether you are being charged twice for the same thing.
What Natacha charges
Silver starts at $650 and usually lands between $650 and $950. Gold starts at $1,250 and usually lands between $1,250 and $1,850. Platinum starts at $2,500 and usually lands between $2,500 and $4,500. Every package is quoted for your family, and you see your price before any work begins.
What moves the number
- How many people you expect, which changes the venue, the seating, and the food
- How many vendors have to be coordinated, and whether any are already booked
- How much time is left before the service, since a short runway means more hours compressed into fewer days
- Whether the service is outside South Florida, which adds travel at actual cost plus a $1,000 coordination fee
- Add-ons such as obituary assistance from $100, memorial program design from $150, or repast coordination from $300
What the planning fee does not cover
It does not cover the funeral home's own services, cemetery or cremation costs, venue rental, catering, or flowers. Natacha works alongside the licensed funeral home your family chooses rather than replacing it, so their invoice stays separate and stays theirs.
